What is an ISIA Passbook/Stamp?
The purpose of the ISIA Passbook is to identify you to a foreign ski school or resort representative as a Certified Level III Instructor with PSIA/AASI ie; the highest level of certification within our country. The passbook, with the stamp, is a credential and does not guarantee employment, discounts, or benefits of any kind. Although members may be extended a courtesy because of the association’s membership with ISIA, that is solely at the discretion of the foreign resort. The passbook itself does not need to be renewed every year however if the instructor is traveling every year they will need to renew the stamp yearly.
